I use a lot of Vintaj patinas but would really love to try these from Nunn as I am just now getting into Polymer Clay.

Love using patina to stamp, distress, paint, then glaze blanks for pendents / earrings / embelishments. The nunn flat tags are really fun to work with!

Thank you Becky – what a wonderful giveaway. Recently, I purchased the “Brass” Swellegant because of an article I read where you had mentioned how much you love the product. I have to agree – I also love this product. It applies and coats so much differently than others and provides a great foundation to work from. This stuff is really cool. It takes a bit of experimentation and the results can be tricky, but that is the magic! It is like being an alchemist, turning something into gold…or silver… or copper… or bronze! I have been having a fine time experimenting with this of late. This is one heck of a prize! Oooohhh…these look just lovely! I did a lot of things this past year to grow my little business like beginning a blog, making a facebook biz page, starting a newsletter to my customers, joining Pinterest with a board just for my business as well as other jewelry boards, etc. My hard work has paid off for me with sales from these places as well as a shop contacting me to carry my jewelry!
This year my goals are to be published in at least one jewelry magazine and to learn at least three new techniques. One is soldering, which I’ve wanted to do for a long time. One of the others is using patinas and paint and such to alter some of the metals I use. I love to use vintage pieces, but cannot always afford to do this. So to be able to patina a new piece or otherwise color it would be so beneficial. It might also be fun to use dyes to alter some of the fabrics and fibers I often add to my jewelry.

I read the description and think oh, what could be done with these products and the collection of found objects that I have in my studio…..I make jewelry and other things out of found metal and assorted objects…this would be fascinating!

WOW…I’ve been over at Lima Beads looking at these scrumdiddlyumptious colors for days. I haven’t ordered any yet because I want ALL of them. lol I am finding it impossible to choose just a couple. This is most exciting product I’ve seen come out in quite some time. Ahhh so much metal, so many colors/treatments…so little time!!

My fingers are crossed – I want to win so badly…just the thought of owning such a delicious collection makes my heart beat faster.

I’ve been enthralled with the idea of using colors on metal and have tried acrylic paints as well as guilders paste. Not super good with either of these methods yet but I love to play. Having these Swellegant products to experiment with would be heaven. I love the Nunn products and greatly admire the samples you put together for us to drool over. Each one is so classy.

Hello there!
Loving these beautiful colours, its just what we need after a long miserable winter (although we still have more grotty weather to come!)
Am hoping that the new Nunn Design 2013 collection will be more freely available over here in the U.K – Northern Ireland in particular, sometime soon. Very envious of all you lovely crafters who can just pop along to your local craft store to buy these pretty goodies )
