Innovation Team Member Stephanie Gard Buss

It gives me great pleasure to share with you the delightful Stephanie Gard Buss.  Stephanie has been on the Nunn Design Innovation Team since January 2012 and has been such a delight to get to know (I feel like I’m signing her high school yearbook…).  She is funny (and will get my previous joke), a wonderful wife, a great mother and a talented juggler of being responsible and being a creative soul.

One thing that really attracted me to Stephanie’s work is her great sense of design and color, her composition and her love for all things vintage.  Many of her projects have a flair of the unique simply due to her love for incorporating something vintage to give each piece a one-of-a-kind unique look.

Stephanie has had great success on the team getting jewelry pieces accepted into BeadStyle (look for her in 2013), Jewelry Affaire and Jewelry Making Daily.   Many of her projects can be seen throughout our blog and on Facebook.

Thank you Stephanie for a great year.   I hope we can be in some classes together next year (in reference to the high school yearbook joke earlier).

Having the oportunity to see metal play, bend, mesh, is such an inspiration. Loving all metal types joined in one piece of wearable art is priceless.

I really enjoyed meeting Miss Stephanie in June at the Bead & Button show. We share a love of sparkly pretty gemstones. I love her sense of style with the assemblage of these pretty pieces. Each little detail is like telling a story and what a sweet story indeed! I really enjoyed getting to know Miss Stephanie this year and wish her the best in 2013! Enjoy the day. Erin
