NUNN DESIGN SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING CHARGES:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We ship the most economical method possible, which is usually USPS Priority. We are able to ship orders to you via UPS, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3rd Day, UPS Ground, U.S. First Class Mail, and USPS Priority Mail. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling, which is added when package ships.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship International orders via Global Express Guaranteed, Express Mail International Flat Rate or Priority International Flat Rate. Please contact us directly at orders@nunndesign.com for information specific to your country of residence. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling, which is added when package ships. The purchaser is responsible for any and all taxes and duties associated with the order once it reaches your destination.

HOW LONG:

Typically we are able to ship orders within 3-5 business days of receipt. During high volume times it could take 5 – 7 business days from receipt of the order. Please remember that this does not include the time your order will take to get from us to you. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling.

RUSH OPTION:

Sometimes a customer needs product quickly. For a $25 service fee we will process and ship your order the same day (or very next day if received after 10AM Pacific Time). This $25 service fee does not include the cost for shipping your order.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION:

You will receive an email with tracking information once the order is processed, labeled and shipped. Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder for this information if you do not receive it in your email inbox.

BACKORDER POLICY:

Once your order has shipped, an invoice of your purchase will be emailed. Items that were not available at the time of shipment will be listed at the bottom of the invoice. Customers will be notified when items are back in stock.
