Available carrier options may include:

• USPS First Class for qualifying packages under 13 ounces

International Shipping:

How are international shipping charges calculated?

International shipping options and rates are available during checkout. Rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your package and its destination.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges, which are applied to the order during checkout. All shipments are FOB Port Townsend, Washington, USA.

What international shipping options are available?

International carrier options vary by destination and may include:

• USPS First-Class Package International Service
• USPS Priority Mail International
• UPS
• FedEx

USPS First-Class Package International Service may be available for packages weighing up to 4 pounds and valued at $400 or less. Destination restrictions may also apply.

The options available for your order will be shown during checkout and may vary based on the weight, size, value, and destination of your package.

Are shipping options limited for certain countries?

Shipping to the following countries and regions is currently limited to FedEx:

• Countries in Asia, including China, Hong Kong, Japan, and India
• Countries in Africa
• Russia
• Ukraine

Are duties and taxes included in international shipping charges?

No. Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in your order or shipping charges.

The recipient is responsible for paying any additional fees required for the package to enter the destination country. Nunn Design does not determine or control these charges.

Shipment Notifications and Tracking

Will I receive a shipping notification and tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, a shipping notification containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

The notification will come from shipping@nunndesign.com.

Backorders and Invoices

What happens if an item is unavailable when my order ships?

If an item is unavailable at the time your order ships, it will be listed at the bottom of your invoice along with an estimated in-stock date, when available.

You will only be charged for the items that ship. We will email you when the unavailable item is back in stock.

When will I receive my invoice?

Your invoice will be emailed after your order has shipped and will reflect the items included in your shipment.
