Bitsy Rings, Bars & Hoop Earrings are Now Live!
Thank you everyone for taking advantage of the low minimum requirement during the flash sale earlier this month. It allows us to plan our inventory and stocking levels as well as allowing you to sample and test out something new. I’d call that a win-win, wouldn’t you?
Launching on the site today you will find the Bitsy Rings, Bar Earrings and Hoop Earrings. If you missed them earlier, here are all of the specifics on this new to the line collection of findings.
Bitsy Rings: Thin Hammered Band with Triangles, Drops & Circles!
These 3 Bitsy Rings are not new to many of you! We flashed these last year and haven’t heard the end of the numerous requests to bring them back into our line.
To manufacture these little cuties, a brass bezel is soldered, with lead-free solder, onto a brass ring shank. We then plated the rings with 24k gold and .999 fine silver. A final touch of oxidization is applied to provide an aged look to the precious metal.
The Bitsy Rings have three different shapes of bezels to choose from; a circle, triangle and a drop. Since we have Flashed these previously, rings are sold in bulk packs of 10 pieces.
New Bar Earrings! Small (19mm) & Large (38mm)!
Although these simple bars are a strong stand-alone jewelry option, we are excited to explore with you the many ways that you can make these pieces uniquely your own design by applying resin, organics, clay, wire wrapping and more!
Bar Earrings Small and Large are 20-gauge solid brass with a surgical steel post soldered onto the back with lead-free solder. A sleeve is applied over the surgical steel post and then plated nickel-free with 24k gold and .999 fine silver. A final phase of oxidization is applied to provide an aged look to the plating.
New Hoop Earrings! Small (1 inch Dia) & Large (2 inch dia)!
I’m not going to tell a fib, these new hoop earrings are substantial! Our desire was to produce a hoop earring that could hold its form after years of wear. Many hoops like this are hollow tubes, causing them to bend and damage easily. This won’t be the case with these earrings.
Hoop Earrings Small and Large are 10-gauge solid brass wire. After forming the hoops, a surgical steel post is soldered onto the hoop with lead-free solder. A sleeve is applied over the surgical steel post and then plated nickel-free with 24k gold and .999 fine silver. A final phase of oxidization is applied to provide an aged look to the plating.
