Introducing Our New Post Earrings!

It is always exciting to release a new collection of jewelry findings. Many hours of thought, analyzing, and number crunching is done prior to even going into the many weeks of production. It may seem like a small task, but it involves the full team at Nunn Design being on deck in order to bring these new creations into being.

The original shapes for these designs were inspired by charms from the mid-15th century, during the Renaissance. At that time, artisans in Italy started to draw their inspiration from the Ancient Greeks and Romans.

Funding for these artisans during the Renaissance period was provided by extremely wealthy Italian royal families. Artisans turned their attention to the ancient sculptures for their jewelry inspiration, since very little jewelry from antiquity survived.

It isn’t any surprise to me that the Decorative Ornate Bezels, that have been in the Nunn Design Collection for years, have skyrocketed in sales this year. We are entering into yet another Renaissance!

When I started to see the spike in sales of these bezels, I was confident about adapting the designs into the collection of post earrings.

We brought in a small amount of this collection for the initial release. I hope that you will be some of the first to create with them!
