Seeing and celebrating beauty is of far greater importance than we can ever truly comprehend.
When I come upon an object of beauty, such as those we are featuring here, I like to imagine the rituals the artist may have followed to bring their muses to the table as co-creators.
The result of this mystical process is more than just an end product. It is a form of harmony existing in a world that so needs the equanimity that comes through the creation of art.
For me, pausing and gazing intently at something that I or another artist brought into the world is a magical experience.
Thanks to all of you who wake up every day and put your muses to work.
This is what we are called to do.
Art, and the artists who create it, are essential to humanity.
