I love the designs! Keep them.
I love the design on the back. If he piece flip over during wearing, it is still pretty and professional looking.
I think there is use for both as a more masculine design would not in my mind have the design on the back but if I had to choose, I like the designs. I think they add a nice feature to the pieces.
